Body, Medicine, And Feminism: The Life And Work Of Nawal El Saadawi

On April 7th and 8th, an international conference called Umran took place in collaboration with Duke University and several organizations, in memory of Nawal El Saadawi. Professor Miriam Cooke played a crucial role as an advisory member, connecting Umran with Duke University and other organizations to amplify the voice and preserve the legacy of Nawal El Saadawi, who dedicated her life to fighting for justice and humanity.
